Return Eligibility
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift CardsAll gift card sales are final.
- Digital DownloadsDownloadable products and digital purchases cannot be returned.
- Photography ServicesCompleted photography sessions are non-refundable once images have been delivered.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after approval, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will look into it.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
